Denied Updated Maps COVID 19
So Ii took my 2017 GLE in to get a few minor things fixed and wanted to get maps updated with the free for three years thing.. Maps were never updated... Due to COVID 19, and lock downs and stay at home orders, couldn't legally go out to dealers until recently... Seems update expired mid April and the COVID lockdown down here in FL was March... MBUSA denied any type of good will gesture to take into account the fact that their dealerships were closed and folks could not legally travel.
What a crock of xxxx. Trying to get MBUSA in ATL to respond.
Anyone have any luck with other types of issues related to COVID 19?

Seems a nice dealership would just do it for free for ya as ot exepensive to them...
like a windows update they have to start and wait for it to download and do its thing....
