A Class 2015 "Cannot Unlock Maps"
Hi all
This is my first post, I wasn't able to find the A Class forum.
So I updated my A Class 2015 SD Maps using the Mercedes Benz Download Manager.
Update 1 was successful and I then went onto update 2 as it did not update to the 19/20 maps.
After doing the 19/20 maps update I then re-inserted into my A Class and I am receiving the "Cannot unlock maps" error message.
I've tried various genuine cards and it doesn't seem to work.
I have done the typical uninstall or the MB Download manager and re-installed but it hasn't worked.
Appreciate the help!

did you get this resolved? I’ve had the same issue after recent update using DLM. Updated previously with no issues
tried restoring from back up and VIN but always get cannot ‘unlock maps’ in vehicle
