I have an E-class W213 with COMMAND Online. I have recently tried to do a manual update of the maps but I failed at the very beginning because the Download Manager cannot detect any connected storage.
To fix the problem I tried using different storage medias like an SD card a USB stick -- both 16GB, formatted as either FAT or NTFS -- no luck. There are some screenshorts I attached to this post.
I am a pretty fresh MB owner so If someone faced the same issue or could at least help me to get around, I would appreciate that.
My maps are currently up to date, and the portal is actually down for me at the moment, so I can't test it. I cannot log in. It's been like this for a while. If I just start the Download Manager it doesn't recognize my SD card, either and I had to update the download manager first. There's a new version since I last updated my maps. They are having issues with the portal, specifically with the Mercedes ID, so that's maybe why it's not working properly. Your home region should get updated automatically over-the-air in the meantime.
