I have a W213 E200 and my rear tires have gotten completely worn out after just 7000kms (4400miles). The guy at nankang (the tire that was fitted to the car) said that its a design flaw by Mercedes and its a common occurrence among all Mercedes models. Is it true? And has everyone been experiencing this?
Not that I know much of how you drive and anything else related thereof, it looks like the tires were over inflated due to how they appear to have worn down.
I know from experience with the GLC models, they have excessive tire wear on the fronts due to how the car is set up. Meaning that they mainly wear down from merely tight turn radius when the tires judder rather violently, which can cause other suspension issues long term.
The GLA also has this same issue - at least mine did although much less violently; when turning. Yet the wear pattern is not the same as yours.
