How to train MBUX

How do I tell "Hey Mercedes" hereafter HM, that it didn't understand me? I tried to get it to turn on a seat heater today and it could not get it right. Same command has worked before. I speak American English natively and did not have rocks in my mouth. It will pause when it is unsure but it does not pause when it is sure it heard me correctly. There does not seem to much it can do, but it should, to my way of thinking, be consistent in what it can do. Is there some way to train it? Such as "HM, you got that wrong, try again" ? Can I stop it from doing what it thinks is right before it screws up?

Legit question, same boat. Long strings of profanity don’t seem to work…😁
