Confusion over MB USA Service Offer

I recently got a service offer from Mercedes Benz USA (it was advertised by MB on Instagram BTW) for "Spring into the new season with $150 off vehicle service* from 3/01/2022 through 4/30/2022." Campaign Code: 21225
I went in to my dealership this morning for an oil change (~$199) and tire mounting and balancing (~$150) (and other warranty related things) with this offer in hand. My service advisor informed me that the offer is for "Service A and Service B" only and would not apply to the work I wanted done. I showed him the fine print which reads "For vehicle maintenance of $300 or more. One‑time use only. Must present email at time of purchase to receive offer. Valid for vehicles 13 months and older from 3/1/22 until 4/30/22. Only valid at participating dealerships. Cannot be combined with other offers. Not valid on previous purchases. Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Must use Genuine Mercedes‑Benz Parts, Mercedes‑Benz StarParts, or Genuine Remanufactured Parts." but he would not budge. It seems to me that an oil change and tire mounting and balancing is "vehicle maintenance" but I was told that was incorrect.
I also called MB customer service and the rep said the same thing. I'm currently waiting for a call back from a supervisor. This feels a little like a bait and switch. It took me weeks to get an appointment with a loaner so I think they knew I would not walk out.
Does anyone have any advice regarding getting the dealership/MB to honor the offer as written?

It's semantics, and yes, it's slimy bait and switch. In this case, their argument (which is technically invalid) is that the offer is for "scheduled" maintenance, i.e., Service A or Service B. The fact that you're requesting an oil change, which is included in all MB scheduled maintenance, makes this particularly egregious. Considering that they didn't actually state "scheduled" maintenance in the offer, I suspect that their argument would not hold up in a a court of law. However, unless you want to sue MB-USA, I don't believe you'll get them to budge on this. And don't hold your breath waiting for that callback; if it ever comes, the representative will be disinterested and dismissive, and will read to you from a canned script.

My dealer gave me a really good price for Service A.
I did not even have to show her the promotion.
Its really all about relationships.

I tried calling MB USA again and spoke to someone much more empathetic. They said I was right. Told me to speak with the service manager who then confirmed with MB USA. Finally I got the discount.
