Have You Gotten A Purchase Refund?
If you got a refund, what vehicle, when, and why?
My 2021 AMG GLE 63S has 33,000 some miles on it, but has been in the shop far too many times:
1) Wheel bolt covers defective, could not be removed
2) Lavender/purple splotch in the paint on the hood, had to be re-painted
3) Sunroof exploded
4) 48 volt battery failed, was replaced
5) Now, a few weeks later, there is another 48 volt battery problem and they told me today they will again replace it.
I realize that it is not safe to rely on the vehicle, and that I could be stuck in a bad area or far away from home.

In most cases the car must be out of service for at least 30 days and the manufacturer must not be able to fix the problem.
CA lemon law is more permissive than most.
