Weird starting issue

I have a CLS55 that starts perfectly fine when cold ,but once it's warm it takes a bit to start. What I mean by that is it almost starts as if the battery is dead but it's not, I had the battery checked and it's fine. But it's like the starter at first can't turn the motor over but starts once it cranks. The starter engages right away it just feels very labored and weak.
. Anyone ever experience this? I feel as if the heat soak is affecting the starters performance.

So oddly enough now that the ambient temperatures outside have dropped the slow starting issue is not repeating itself. Definitely sounds like some type of heat soak issue with the starter or ECU.
