I decode my boss 2017 C300 Vin 55SWF4KB9HU199236 on (3) different website and it all showing 611 - Ambient Illumination. when I went into the screen I notice his software is very very slow and delay. My boss is now at Mercedes and there telling him his vehicle never came with the Ambient Illumination package.

Who is correct the build sheet or the Mercedes Service?

I know on my GLE I have the Ambient lighting package that i can dim and change color on the screen.

Does the vehicle in fact have ambient lightning when you sit inside the vehicle look for the LED light bars? Don’t look at a screen, look at the physical hardware components.

On the interior door handle it lights up yellow but did not pay attention to the other areas of the vehicle.
