They were waiting for a backordered pyrofuse before they could power the car on to get an accurate repair estimate. Finally got that installed and estimate finished next week. Progressive due out today to sign off. What a process...

Not a great time to be financing a car, especially since I just put down a down payment on the totaled car less than a year ago.
I thought about looking at the Lucid Air Grand Touring, but who knows when they'd actually be able to deliver that car. I also don't have charging in my condo building, so logistics of going electric would be difficult.

Probably another S-class. I don't like the way the grille on the new 7-Series. Maybe I should look at the S8, but I've never been a big Audi guy.

I guess they are built for different purpose though, Panamera I heard competes with the E-Class in terms of refinement and build quality yet still pretty sporty, while the E-Class non AMG is all about comfort. Porsche is also about the racing heritage. The S-Class is purely about comfort so... That said, I think a good suspension set up on the Panamera will make the ride a little more forgiving.

I'll take another drive in a Panamera. Not much inventory available though...such a big push towards SUVs by Porsche.

Honestly speaking though, if you liked the W223, no issue at all getting the same car, unless you really want to try something else.
