Catena does offer the service
I didnt buy my car there but they always offer me a free wash if I come to the dealership. I never take the freebie since I am very picky about swirl marks on my cars finish. My dealer always offers to wash it but they are starting to learn that I dont do washes. My car has so much wax on it that it only takes some water spray to take off most of the dirt. 6 months old and lookin good as new! Just got my second oil change today at 7k. This one was also on me but the next one will be on them.

i bought mine in surrey British columbia
they told me i can drop by anytime to get my car washed
and waxed first time they did it though it wasnt the best car wash i had before but i was in a rush so what do u expect..
they told me to come on by again to get it waxed again..there nice no cookies though..

for ppl who get their car washed at ASC in VA ...
who do u talk to to get the free wash? sales guy? do u pull into the service bay? how r their washes ... do they strip away the wax ... scratches ... i worry when it not me washing but i dont always got the time. TIA.

i would never want them to wash my car i already see the job they do like after u bring it for service it looks so bad they should just just leave it dirty. i will be the only one ever to wash or wax my car.

Every dealer does a different level of car wash. My Ford dealer will wash our Mustang whenever I want but it's an automated quickie like what you get for 99 cents when you fill your car up at the discount gas station. My local MB dealer is like a full service car wash that you would pay $10-12 for. Hand wash, machine rinse, hand dried, vacuumed, dusted, windows cleaned inside and out and tires dressed. They damage my car as much as any $10-12 car wash but I put up with it because I don't have to do it. It forces me to buff the car out a little more often but that's OK. They already buffed once for free without even complaining. Also while I'm waiting they have food and beverages, I can walk around and play with the showroom cars, they have cubicles with phones if you want to do work and they have a large flat screen TV to watch. Best of all, they are 1 mile from my house.

My dealer gives free washes (MB of Escondido), perhaps I should try MB of San Diego some time. Still though, I will not let them wash it even if they do a good job. I've spent too much time waxing and glazing the car to have it stripped by the dealer on accident.

They only give free car washes when you take the car in for service here....
and with water restrictions due to drought conditions, even that has stopped (for now)

House of Imports will wash the car anytime when u request them. they use the high pressure sprey to wash the car and those water wax.

In Tampa Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay allows free car washes on Saturday from 8-1pm. It doesn't seem to matter which dealership you purchased your car from. My E class from Lokey Motors of Clearwater Florida, who also offer free car washes.
I find the lines much too long, and it never ceases to amaze me how many people with $65K cars sit in a line for 2 hours for a free $7.00 car wash.

I always get free car wash from Herb Chamber in Somerville, MA. They do not have the best car wash but it's good enough when I get lazy and don't want to wash it myself.
