Service A Overdue by 270 Days on a New Car?
I just got a brand new C63S final edition with 20km on the dash.
Ever since I first drove it, it says 'Service A overdue by 270 days' and counting on the dash.
From my understanding Service A is due after 1 year or 10,000 miles, so I'm not sure why that's popping up? I'm thinking maybe because the car left the factory over a year ago?
Do you think I should ignore it since the car is brand new or should I take it in for servicing?
I feel like my local dealership will change the oil and filters regardless of whether I need it.

It's just a time thing, you can check the oil on the dipstick should be basically brand new and honey colored. You can reset the reminder through the steering wheel.
