How do I do OTA updates?
I have seen posts about people doing OTA updates on their own… how do I do that? Also where can I see that there is a new software I can install? Sorry for asking such newbie questions…

Through Mercedes Me Connect and checking the software version as well as in the car go to system settings and software version.

thank you!! The app says no update available.. but when I called the dealer about my mbux acting up, I was told there was a recall placed for my mbux.. why doesn’t this show on the app?

You're welcome : ) That makes sense, not all updates can be performed through OTA, certain software updates including those that affects the drivability of the vehicle needs to be connected to XENTRY which the dealership uses to update.
