I need information for a brabus

Hello everyone. First post here. I think I have a pretty rare car that I am possibly receiving. It is a 2002 brabus c v8. It is really cool and I have no idea what I’m looking at. There is little to no information on it online and no forums talking about it. If anyone knows anything about it, please help me out here. Here’s all I know. 2002 w203 4 door v8 brabus. It has wide fender flares and three piece wheels. I do not think it has the supercharger, but it’s a 5.7l v8. 400hp. The guy says it’s the only one in the US, but that can’t be. I don’t know. The only thing I’m really pulling a blank on is the engine at this point. The engine cover has a Mercedes AMG plastic cover. From my memory the brabus engines had carbon fiber brabus covers. So is it a Mercedes engine or was is modified by brabus. Any information on the car is appreciated. I’m 21 and I don’t know what I’m looking at here because it might just be given to me and I want to do right by it.
Needs some paint work but it’s been under a tarp for 6 years.
