Center cap disassembly for AMG SL R232

Center cap disassembly for AMG SL R232
Hey everyone

Just picked up a 2022 SL63 and am having the wheel powder coated. I want to disassemble the center hub and paint the center part in the middle and powder the inner ring aluminum. My question is, does the AMG ring on the outside come off easily and then

reattach?

Any help would be great. Thanks!!
