New Car Order Tracking
Hello All, I ordered a new CLE53 and my dealer sent me a screenshot showing that it was built on 10/9/25. It's now 10/22 and I've asked the dealer if he could tell me when it gets on a ship so I can track the ship to see when it should arrive from Bremen to Long Beach. He is saying they won't know any more information until they get the car. I read somewhere that once it's on a carrier then the dealer will see the name of the ship and I can track it, but the dealer is saying no.
Anyone have any experience with this?

Your dealer is wrong. They absolutely get the vessel name once it's loaded at the port. They just don't want to be bothered with constant updates. Keep politely pushing them for the ship name; it's in their system. Once you have that, you can track the ship yourself.
