Need Advice: Merc 2002 E430 (143k miles)
I have a Merc 2002 E430 (143k miles) that I'm unsure what to do with. I had maintained it at the local dealership over the years but took it to a local mechanic for a fix in 2024 and the car suddenly developed a bunch of issues. Long story short: I'd seen some red flash across the dashboard and wasn't able to diagnose before the battery died.
Because of some constraints with upcoming personal travel, I’m not sure whether I have the time to invest and get it fixed myself. I'm interested in selling it to someone else who could and give it new life. Has anyone else been in a similar boat? Or is towing + donating the only route?
Any input welcome. Also, if there are any other forums or groups to check out, I’d appreciate recommendations. Thanks.
