2022 E53, 9200miles and have had the red battery light saying Malfunction service required, and an airbag light came on at the same time. Battery light seemed to come on when it was on warmer days or parked outside of the parking garage at work.
Is this related to the 12v or 48v battery?
the MB dealer that it is at is saying a fuse block but seems more like an aged battery being over 4+ years old.

Let the dealer sort it under warranty. Likely the 48V battery or a known fuse block issue. Either way, not your problem yet.
