Opinion on Q56 vs new GL
Now that a few have driven the GL, has anyone also driven the Q56 and if so how would you compare the two as far as size/fit/finish and standard options. The GL looks nice and the base price looks good but options can get you up to 70k real quick and most of that stuff is standard on much of the competition.

Hate to be a schmuck, but
the darn Q is just butt-ugly...and i've heard it has awful quality issues. don't know anything else about it though (although i've heard infiniti's nav is one of the best)... but still, it is f-ugly.

We rented a QX56 last summer, and the quality did suck. It definitely felt more Nissan than Infiniti. The GL is a unibody while the QX56 is body of frame, so the GL with have a better ride, the Q's was very trucky. It's engine was loud and not that smooth(but powerful). so overall, the GL is a better choice, even though I have not driven one yet.....
