I recently test drove the X164 and immediately afterward drove the W164 to see which had the better ride. Although both were good, it appeared to me that the X164 had a quieter ride with wind and road noise kept to a minimum.

I'd be interested in hearing from others who have driven both to hear (no pun intended) what they thought about the ride differences between the two vehicles.

My test drive was very short but I think they are both very close as far noise level is considered. I felt the X164 had a bit better ride, most likely due to the extra length it has.
