Snow/Ice performance
I guess it would be silly to ask how these GL's perform on snow and ice - at least here in the states, since the GL hasn't been out long. I was just looking at tire choices on Tire Rack.com and there's only one 19" Michelin listed. Do the 19" wheels from the factory come with the Michelins instead of the Continentals that come on the 18" wheels?
The Michelins look like they would be great in the summer (it's a summer tire). But I haven't found any all season tires available in the 19" size - anyone know of any good 19" tires for snow?

Check on the Michelin CrossTerrain. Would be a good All-Season (with some actual snow) tire for the GL.
And don't just go to TireRack to check available fitments -- you have to go to the manufacturer's website and check there as well.....
