They forgot a package?

They forgot a package?
I was very excite to pick up my GL450 late last night 
, I should of had almost every package and accessory; but NOT. I have them all (even voice control, rear-camera, etc.), except my off-road package 
. I am so mad..., it's on my initial purpose order and not on my truck. Like an idiot, I sign the purchase papers and didn't check.
What can I do? Can the Off-Road Package be added in the dealer's shop after assembly?

You might be SOL man, is there anyway you can talk the salesman into returning the car if you place another order at cost to the dealer?
BTW: Does this mean you paid an extra few grand for a car that doesn't have the packages?

If you ordered and paid for the option and it is not on the truck, the the dealer owes you some kind of remediation. Most likely they will want to refund the difference.
If you were not charged for the option and you accepted delivery, then you may be stuck if the dealer wants to be a jackazz about it.
I'd go back to the dealer and be nice about it and see what happens. You can always go nuclear later.

Production shortages on options
I followed "velvet fog" approach (be nice) and AZ MB dealer is willing to work with me on this issue (I was not charge for the missing package). The dealer is checking; the Off-Road Package may be able to be added at my local dealer shop.
Import notice: The dealer also told me that the factory have had production shortages on options. I was one of the very few that received the 3 zone air in AZ deliveries. All other orders with that option were cancelled or had the option deleted at the factory. The same was true with the Entertainment pkg. (shortage on TV's screens). If you have one in the process of being built, please check on it.
