Bluetooth Puck
Added the Bluetooth puck on Friday and couldn't be happier with the system.
Had been using the Bluetooth earpiece with the Blackberry and after the setup have had no reason to use the earpiece in the vehicle. You can dial from the keypad, answer and end calls from the steering wheel and send from the steering wheel if you use keypad entry once and call the saved number. When the car is shut off the stored numbers do go away.
The info says call waiting is not supported but I do get a audible tone when another call comes in and have the option to answer via the handheld.

Depends where I'm going.
It's too bad bluetooth is not 100% standardized yet. Mine has full functionality with my RAZR including downloading the entire phone book everytime I get into the car. I can scroll the numbers and dial with the steering wheel as well. With my Cingular 8125 PDA phone, it essentially operates as a bluetooth earpiece. It won't download the phonebook, retain numbers dialed, numbers received, or show signal strength. Same thing in my Lexus GS350. Oh well, at least it works!

Meanwhile, my wife's 00 E-wagon which we updated with the bluetooth puck works great-downloads both her Razr and my Treo. and her voice control operates both phones perfectly.
Can't wait for my GL to arrive-bluetooth and vc as well.

Voice control is also a great work-around for phones that don't support phonebook download. The Voice Control System uses it's own phonebook that stays in the system unless you change it. Once you program in your numbers (by speaking to the system) and store them with your custom voice tags, you are good to go.
