I find it weird, the car is made in US but yet it came out first in europe then here in the US.

I have emailed MBUSA and they said no news for it. I think this is stupid. I am just going to get something else instead of waiting around for the GL550 to happen.

I'd bet we get the GL550 for 2008, but there will be no GL63 AMG.

Are u sure? How is it there is an r63 and no gl63?.................does not make sense.........the 63 motor has the torque for the gl no?

 

There was an Autoweek interview a few months ago with the head of AMG and he stated that there would be no GL63. IMO though there should have never been a R63 either.

Agreed, the car was almost wierd enough for them to try to legitimize it with the 63.........lol
