Upgrade Stereo?
Anyone play with the stereo yet? I have always been a car audio guy and im sitting on some really great equipment in my garage (xtant, jl audio). i love the stereo in my car, but it can always be better!! I really dont want to start messing with the electronics since everything is linked to the head unit and NAV, but I was thinking about possibly upgrading the sub. anyone change anything yet?

I added an additional sub and didnt touch the head unit.
Connected a high to low converter from a interior speaker to an amp to my sub..
I didnt do the installation myself but I can get you more info if you want..

The amp is a white Phoenix Gold. (250x2 or somethin) Its small and sits under the seat of the 2nd row behind the driver. The battery is under the passanger seat which made wiring a bit easier.

I have a MTX 12" in a free standing sub box.
I can pretty much move it around anywhere I like in the cargo area.
The factory sub was unharmed, and still works if I choose to remove my sub box for the weekend of whatever..
