Tire Talk

I have the Cont 19's and at 16k miles are showing wear but not at the indicators yet. Bought some Michelins because of the good rain performance. Haven't put them on. They were pull-offs with no miles and at $120 each I couldn't pass them up. I'm wondering about noise and high speed performance.

I have Michelin Latitudes on 18" wheels. I run 36 lbs all around. The tires are silent.

Mercfan, just curious what kind of 20" rims you have and which Michelins you have. I am doing the same thing. My dealer is supposedly giving me a decent price on 20" AMG Chrome 5 Star-Twin Spoke rims and my choice of tires, including Michelins. Thanks.
