Does anyone know whether the Tele Aid in the Canadian 07 GL 450 uses the Analog or Digital Cellular signal?

The Tele Aid contract from MB Canada states Analog but the Tele Aid Contract from MB USA states Analog and/or Digital.

Given the wide coverage of digital signal in Canada I wonder if the Tele Aid contract from MB Canada is correct.
