Things are picking up in Fresno. This week the local dealership sold 5 GLS, 2 are 550's.

Just drove a little over 700 miles roundtrip from Seattle to Sun Peaks, BC on a x-mas holiday ski trip. Counted a total of 2. And the 550 got a lot of interest in Canada when parked outside.

I saw one of the 5 new GL's sold in Fresno this week. A black GL550 with chrome AMG's and the running boards were replaced with chrome pipe steps.
To me it looked like overkill.

I agree. In my opinion, MB did a good job of finding the perfect balance of chrome on the 550.
