Access/Removal parking lamp

Access/Removal parking lamp
Does anyone know how to remove the parking lamp that is located next to the High Beams? I can bearly get my fingers on the plug and cannot find a way to twist the light housing counterclockwise. I tried a needlenose Visegrip but that did not work either.

Thanks NJ....I figured as much. I wish you could take pics of my GL for my signature because your's are looking better everytime!
Next time I go to Tahiti Village, we should meet up since I wasn't able to make it to Vegas last October...so we can get some pics taken.
