problem with vehicle rising

problem with vehicle rising
After I hit the button to rise the car the display in the instrument cluster showed the vehicle being raised and display said rising but the vehicle never rose. The l.e.d. on the button was flashing. I have hit the button before and when it works the light is solid. Also after I realized the vehicle was not rising I hit the button again and it said vehicle being lowered but the message was stuck on the display. Does any one know if the car has to be parked when you hit this button ? I was driving. It was also in the comfort mode.

It will rise when you are drivng but not at speeds over, I think, 45 mph. Try it again at a lower speed but it sounds as if it is working properly and you were going too fast and the system would not let you raise the vehicle.

BTW, I noticed that when you are in comfort mode and try to raise it when driving, you get a message that it can not raise any higher. It does raise when it is in sport and you are driving. I need to try in auto and also read the manual :-) ... must be related to speed and max height....
