Yeap, the parts numbers are as follow
1646907380 Front Trim R
1646907480 Front Trim L
1646907080 Middle Window R
1646906980 Middle Window L
1646903280 Quarter Panel R
1646903180 Quarter Panel L
I got them from Mercedes of Eugene, speak with Dave. You have to order through the website. If you enter those part numbers, the items should come up. Anyhow, yes, I did myself. With a bit of force the black trims come off easily, and the chrome ones slot right in.

window trim for GL/ML
Reference the window trim part numbers you provided, in addition to our GL we have an 08 ML and would like to get the same window trim. Do you know how we could get these numbers for the ML? Eugene, perhaps?

ubrs......I read with interest your method if installing the stainless bumper plate. I just installed mine yesterday. I also did not use the 3M tape, as it seems to be a tight fit using the L shaped clips attached to the underside. I removed the four pegs (pins) from the cornered edge that folds down over the corner of the bumper, but left the two others on the flat part as they fit into the cutouts on the bumper. After sliding the stainless plate into place, it seems to be a tight fit. Is that what you did as well? It's been suggested by my dealer that if I do decide to use an adhesive, I would get better results over the long haul with a eurathane mastic (adhesive), rather than the tape. I would use it very sparingly, with only a few dabs being required. As mentioned in a different post, it's the same stuff used to secure a windshield to the vehicle. Most people I've talked to think this stuff would definitely hold up better than the tape.

I put it to the test this weekend in Lake Tahoe. One of my boys was jumping on the plate, then my wife dropped a ski boot on it, and it is still as firm as when I first installed it.

crome fog lights
CC - I don't think that the top window borders are chrome on 550. Check NJ's pic here.
