Unhappy Need your help again guys...

Ok, first the dead battery, now the RSE isn't working at all. The DVD player will not turn on nor will the headrest monitors. Is there a fuse or a reset for the RSE? I put a call into the dealer, but I think they are closed for the day. I am also thinking, the malfunction in the DVD killed the battery. I have my manuals out and I am reading through them, but thought one of you may know something. Thanks in advance

There is a TSB for this issue, i believe...although i have not experienced the problem. The dealer ought to know immediately, but afraid you're out of luck til then.

Thanks for the reply. I will be calling first thing in the morning. I did leave a message late Saturday afternoon. I decided not to touch it (fuses) and let the dealer figure it out. Makes me feel a little better that there is a TSB in regards to it. Hopefully that will mean they will know exactly how to fix it.

You know, as much as I like to empower my testosterone-ness and feel like a "Mister Fixitall," I've found that if something's under warranty it's just best if I leave it alone.

This is in line with my wife's prohibition on power tools and ladders when I'm out of town.

Hahaha! Yep, no power tool for me either. Like you said, it is under warranty and technically "not my problem"
