Colors
Hi all,
I will order '09 GL 320 and can not decide on the color. Since I'm living in Turkey and most of the GL's here are EU spec with different colors I can not compare it to US colors. I will order the car from US because it costs much more less than buying from Mercedes Benz here.
So the question is I'm considering Pewter and Sand Beige but they look very similar in the pictures. Could you please post some pictures both Pewter and Sand Beige. I'll appreciate if you type the color name with the pictures.
Thanks a lot.

The colours are all the same, it is just the USA that has different names.
Pewter is called Cubanite elsewhere (it's sort of warmish/pinky)
Beige is called Sanidine in the rest of the world. (quite gold)
Hope this helps.

Correct ... plus they are all built in Alabama USA in any event.
Ordering a USA-spec model will get you a radio that doesn't work where you live.
Yes, I think "travertine beige" is more descriptive of my color than "desert silver." I like the replacement color even better, unfortunately.

I know both cubanite silver and travertine beige. I will check them next week. Thanks for the help. By the way radio channels are the only problem. But this problem is easily solved here.
