This is all in your owners manual.
There are four latches for middle row, zero for third row.
Whether you can attach two locks to the right center and left center latches is something for you to figure out, but I'd be surprised if you could. There are three top strap anchors.

No sorry, no latches in the 3rd row or the middle of the second row. I do believe there are tether anchors though so you can use the seat belt and the tether strap for a tight fit. HTH.

Of course if one of the seats is a booster for kids 40 pounds or above, you only use the seatbelts and you can mount one in any rear seat.

Getting all 3 car seats in the second row will be very difficult if not impossible. When needed, I do use the LATCH on the third-row. Both seats on the 3rd row has LATCH anchors and only the outside seats have them on the 2nd row.

You have to wonder about the utility of this vehicle (for people with 2 or more young children) if you can't mount a carseat behind the driver and in the middle position to secure 2 children. If you mount in them in the two outboard positions, you can't easily gain access to the 3rd row. Even if you removed the carseat to load the rear seats, there would be no way to get out in the event of an accident.

Well that solves the problem of getting out. Do they work when the vehicle is upside down or after the GL is rear ended? How about if there is a fire?
What about getting into the rear when you have 2 car seats??

as for the car seat business, we regularly have 3 to four in there at a time, but it will all be over soon, no different than any other suv...

grover, for me i think the answer will be as follows: put my 3.5 yr old in the 3rd row, my 2yr old in the passanger second row, and the baby in the drivers side second row.
Im hoping a small adult can fit in the middle seat between the 2 car seats.

You should look at GMC Acadia if you need easy third row access. Order the second row captains seats and a 250 lb adult could wiggle through to the back , which seats three normal sized adults . Basically you could strap in 5 baby seats in that vehicle and never have to move/drop a single seat to get at all five " babies ".
