Telematics Updates
For owners of 2007 and 2008 models only ...
1. WIS procedure AZ82.70-P-0013GZ, Retrofit iPhone kit (Model 164) has just been published.
For those with iPod interface already installed
and
with the Mercedes phone cradle for the iPhone...
... this involves installation of a new wire harness that connects the two components, allowing the music playback function of your phone to connect to your sound system same as connecting your iPod in your glovebox does.
2. The 2008 COMAND navigation maps update is now for sale at http://www.navteq.com

Thanks for the info. this Command disc is only for the 2007 model year not 2008 model year per the navteq website.

I called and ordered, said it is the same dvd for the 2008.
