Depends if you have NAV.
If you do, the clock sets itself and all you have to do is tell it what time zone you're in and whether it's daylight savings time or not.
Press SERV
Select TIME
Answer the questions.
FWIW on our E-class the car automatically changes the time when the car physically crosses a timezone border. Alabama cars don't do that.
