GL 350 Bluetec Interior Options??
Hi everyone.
We've been looking at a 2010 GL 350BT. Unfortunately, all of the existing ones in the province have been sold...save for one. We like the option packages and can deal with the exterior color, Obsidian Black (which we love, but we have an '09 ML in OB already...lol), but really don't like the Burl Walnut trim for the interior (no disrespect to those of you that have it
).
My question is if anyone knows if there are aftermarket interior trim packages, say carbon fiber or brushed aluminum? We'd consider buying this GL and swapping out the trim if we can find something that looks good and isn't obscenely priced.
The best case delivery on custom ordering a new GL BT is March, which is longer than we would like to wait, and the only reason we're considering this option.
Thank you for your suggestions in advance.

Where are you? Calgary? The diesels sell out fast. I wound up making an order at Hyatt, and it was not that painful. There are always cheapo dash kits out there, if you must, but I have the walnut and it grows on you.

We're actually in the mountains.![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
We bought our ML at Lonestar, but I have also spoken to Hyatt, as well as David Morris and Weber in Edmonton. Weber is the only dealer that I can get a GL Bluetec before February (mid-end of Dec).
There is still a possibility that they can change the interior during build, which would be ideal. If not, I do have Tuner Works looking into some carbon fiber trim.

Look, I did a quick search, and there are a bunch of "over the factory" kits available. They even have "real orange carbon fibre". You should be able to find something that matches your mountain style...
