yes. very good price. almost too good. check for tainted title...

but if everything checks out and level of options is satisfactory- good money.

I think it's OK but nothing to be suspicious about. In fact, I would only be slightly worried if it was a 2009. It's a 2008, so 2+ years old with miles and no extra warranty.

This may not be a good comparison but I just purchased a 2008 GL 550 w/ 46,000 miles , no CPO, clean title and car fax for $45,000 out the door. It was on a Lexus dealer lot for 3 months and they kept dropping the price. I was originally looking for a used 450 or 320 but couldn't pass it up. The lack of a CPO warrenty is not a big concern for me as I have a relative who is a Mercedes tech and takes good care of me. He was able to pull all the service records from MB and he checked it out before I bought it and gave it his blessing. The things was just like new, who ever owned it before me must have quite a long commute to work to put that many miles on it and it was only in service for 18 months. So far I have had it for a month and it has been a great vehicle, sure beats the MY02 W163 I had with 175,000 miles. Good luck with your purcase if you decide to pull the trigger.

If my wife would have known that, we would have probably purchased that truck! She has a bit of stalker in her.

We actually looked at a Lexus on the Sewell used lot. I think I noticed a white GL there, but it might have been a 450. My in-laws have purchased a lot of Lexi (plural of lexus?) there. Easy to deal with.
