PE Running boards

I'm trying to order PE running boards for my 07 GL450 and my dealer is not very helpful as sales guy said it was discontinued and couldn't be ordered anymore and parts guy didn't know if PE running boards would fit my truck or not. Also, my dealer told me I can't return any special ordered parts so, I can't just order unless I'm sure...

So far I think I got these parts numbers.

164 690 0375
164 690 0475

and

164 690 0110
164 690 0210

Can someone please let me know which set of them are right part numbers for PE Running boards? or if they are not the right one, can you let me know?

Last year I was also unable to order the "PE" (Premier Edition) running boards for my 2007 GL450. What was available has a part number of 66 88 0630 for the kit and is available online for $800-$850 plus shipping and handling. The boards have a brushed-stainless finish with round black rubber pieces on the stepping surfaces. The part numbers that you list are for the tubular step type .

I just picked up the PE running boards (first 2 numbers in 2nd Post) from dealer and I paid $435 each side.

Came home and realized you have to buy the metal pieces (called carriers - last 2 numbers in my 2nd Post) seperately. so, it would cost anyone about $1500 for PE running boards instead of $890 regular running boards.

So, I just purchase the regular running board kits so, anyone who interested in buying the aluminum running boards covers (brand new), let me know. I will selll them $300 or obo each side. So, I guess it is good for someone who already had running boards but got damaged and looking for just covers (it cost $435 each at dealer)

I'll put it this way - I'm shopping for a GL presently and if I found one that had those I'd take them off and replace with the correct running boards. I'd also question what corners had been cut for service and repairs by the PO.
