Leaking Air Suspension (Hydropneumatic Spring Leg)
Is this particularly common in the Gls?
They said they would call when they receive the airbag, and thankfully it'll be covered under ext. warranty, but I hope mine doesn't blow out in the meantime! It's been a couple weeks...oof...

My driver side (right, as I am in Australia) when BOOM last Saturday

My mechanic want me to buy the whole suspension shock (not just the air bag) as he thinks he thinks he has no special tools just to change the air bag.
Since ALL Australian GL comes with the "Pro Off Road Kit", which shock should I be buying? The one with ADS, or without
(I have no idea what ADS mean
)

If you drive the vehicle too long with leaky air springs, you risk overworking and possibly ruining the air compressor.
This is a pretty straight forward issue, and is expected to happen between 75k and 100k miles.
Any ideas

I did the work myself, was nothing special. Arnott has a youtube video as to how to change the air bags.
The total cost was about $1100.00 U$ dollars in parts, taxes and delivery.
