There are two screws one either side at the bottom of the plastic piece in the rear back. They are pointing straight up so you gotta get your head down low and then look up and you'll see. Then the panel just pull right off starting from the bottom and hooked at the top.
Great place to put the "brain" of the Vizualogic DVD headrest monitors!!!! (inside the seat!)

The factory RSE is sooo bad I am actually considering switching it out for something else. Still can't understand why they didn't provide a wireless headphone system?
