Extended warranty from UWC

Extended warranty from UWC
I have just purchased an extended warranty for my GL450 from Universal Warranty Corporation. It was the auto max that says that it covers the most. Anyone has experience with Universal warranty corporation before. Please share you experience.

Extended Warranty
I had reviewed MB warranty but MB only extends up to 2 yrs. so you actually purchased additional 2yrs and 100k miles for $2500. I paid $3200 for 4 yrs from the purchase date (04/25/2010) and up to 100k miles. I know MB warranty is probably better than the UWC but I'm trying to see if anyone has experience with UWC and how they are in term of paying for the repairs.

Regarding the MB extended warranty. Are the prices the same wherever you buy them? Or does it vary amongst dealers? Anybody checked it out yet?

GL450 w/ Off-road pkg.
I recently purchased an MB extended warranty for my 2007 GL450 through my local dealership, the price came directly from MBUSA. The warranty covered an additional 4 years and 50k miles to a total of 7/100, which ever comes first. My time and milage allotment were almost both up - I'm driving my GL a lot, and taking it off road a lot (mine has the Off Road Package). The only other company the dealership quoted was Fidelity, but the cost differential wasn't that great. I preferred the MBZ option, less paperwork, no deductible, easier on the techs, no having to justify any fixes or parts.

The certified warranty gives you 5 years or 100k from the in service date (if the car is still under factory warranty when you purchased). You have the option to buy up to 24 months of additional certified warranty if you want. If you are the original owner, you can buy up to 36 months of additional warranty or a total of 7 years or 100k miles. The UWC warranties will run from your current mileage up to X amount of mileage or years, whatever you purchase. We use the UWC at our dealership and it seems to be pretty good.
