I have a new GL450, P2 package, Ipod adapter, etc. When I try to use the music register, I cannot get it to select the CDs I have in the player. Is this normal? Is there anyone out there that can assist me?

Music Register on the GL's only allows copying of mp3 - m4A (AAC) - wma from a burned cd. It dows not allow you to rip from a store bought cd. Sounds like you may only have store bought cd's in there, or a burned cd that was not copied in one of the above formats.

An Ipod touch to the rescue. Who has time to take all their music and MP3 it?

The 2011 Infiniti and Escalade copies them while you go.. I thought that was the same in the GL 450...
