Rotors and pad
I think I need to replace my front rotors and pads. Do you prefer OEM or after market? Is there a huge price/performance difference? I want do DIY, is it possible, anyone can provide instructions on how to do that on an 07, GL450 and links to website where I can find the OEM if that's preferred.
Thank you all

You're going to need either a 7mm or 9mm hex driver (allen) which is normally a tool no one has.
You'll note in official Mercedes procedures that bolts holding caliper mounts to wheel hub are replaced and not reused. Be sure to order them, too. Same for screws holding rotor to hub.
