2007 GL 450 not compatable with Demaris Michelin
After 3 sets of very noisy featheredging Michelin tires and the Continentals that came with the vehicle, It now has only 64863 miles total is this a good track record?David Philip

You'll note in your owners manual you're supposed to use tires with MO specification.
Go here and note which are "OE Tire" with "Mercedes" listed ... and you'll see a conflict between Michelin and Tirerack.

It's good to understand, of course, than any of these tires are 25K mile tires at best ... as Mercedes has designed.

I bought the "H" rated for my second set a and just put them on again for the 3rd set because i was very happy with them
I see no difference between the V rated that come on the car and the H rated that i replaced them with. They are identicle look and tread pattern. The H rated are about $80 cheaper per tire.
An H rated tire is rated to 130mph, and the V rated for upto 150. I go no where near either of these speeds
