Any deals on custom orders?
As I posted in another thread, I will probably be ordering a GL350 in the very near future. I did a price search through this web site

It gave me a price of $200 below invoice. However, that is for cars in inventory. Has anyone gotten significant deals on custom orders?

Just to follow up, I spoke with a dealer who had agreed to sell a GL350 for $200 below invoice through the AMEX auto site. While that deal is supposed to be only for car in inventory, he said he would honor the same deal if I were to factory order a car.

Try to to pay $200 below true invoice. The dealer invoice will usually includes a ~$800 regional advertising fee. Plus, make sure to ask about details on "fees" -- should only pay DMV registration and local tax.
