2011 GL350 Bluetech, 2000 Porsche 911 C2, 2005 Honda S2000
Roof racks
I'm leaning toward the Thule Atlantis 1800. Anyone have experience with this or Yakima racks? Will be carrying 2 kids skiis, 1 adult ski, 4 adult snowboards and associated gear. REI has a sale starting this Fri for 20% off all Thule products!

Are you looking for a roof rack or a roof top shell (box)?
We bought an Inno and use the OEM crossbars or Universal Thule X-Bars depending on the kind of clearance we need.
Another family member has the Thule Atlantis. Nice box. Great quality. Only problem is it's a tad tall making getting into some subterranean garages a challenge. Yes, there have been scrapes. We have no problem with the OEM/Inno combo.
