Tamz, Glad everything worked for you! My GL 350 diesel has been pretty problem free except the auto close tailgate not closing sometimes which needs an adjustment or somethint but its not bad enough I have to take it to the dealer. We're very happy with it. Its the best SUV we've had to date. We're averageing about 24mpg and got 30mpg on one freeway trip. Also Im buying my fiance a new 2012 Mercedes SLK 350 next week, just waiting for it to arrive! Black with red interior

Hi tamz I am going through the similar issues like you did on your GL but me with an ML right now the buyback person is reviewing the case I just mailed out second certified letters and records to CEO and Case Manager I was appointed to. Can you please tell me more information this car has been the car from HELL so tired of MB

I occasionally still miss my GL, when I see one on the road. I am still absolutely enjoying my QX, it's been such a great vehicle with zero problems.

I followed this thread from the beginning and that's because at that time I owned 2011 GL350. In September of 2013 I decided to trade it in for a brand new2013 G63 with Brabus package 150k car. It went back to the dealer the first week I got the car., since new it went back to the dealer many times for all kinds of issues, alarm going off, battery died twice for no reason, check engine due to some hoses falling off the turbos, tranny issues(car don't shift from park in to any of the gears) this got me stranded on the side of a road right after I picked the car up from dealer and them telling me it was fixed, TC malfunction keeps popping on dash in red, car telling on dash that tail light is out but it's working and the worst is that car is leaking water from driver side somewhere from the roof). Car is currently in a dealer for a week already since it got me stranded in a snow storm last week Can you please pm me with any help or names of people that could help me in the process of trying mbusa to buy back my car. At this point I'm scared to drive that car. To all that my wife if 5 months pregnant and I'm just scared to think what would I do if that car got us stranded in the middle of a road while driving to hospital while she was in labor. I got a manager assigned to my case but it's hard to get in touch with them, I'm already waiting for her call since Monday. Any help wil be greatly appreciated. Thank You

By the way the car only has 1200 miles on it and miles were done mostly by driving the car to the dealer or by the dealer test driving the car.
