BATTREY SYMBOL ON MY GL
HOW DO I CLEAR THE BATTERY SYMBOL WHICH HAS APPEARED ON MY DISPLAY DURING THE COLD SPELL
THE CAR IS A 2009 REG GL 320CDI
BATTREY SYMBOL IS IN WHITE
I HAVE CHECKED DIAGNOSTICS AND THER IS NO FAULTS LOGGED ON GLOBEL ECU SEARCH OF ALL VEHICLE

I had a battery symbol a couple years ago in the cold. I can't remember exactly but I think it was the white symbol, not the red symbol. My issue was the auxiliary battery was bad and they replaced under warranty.
The auxiliary battery allows the car to be put in and out of Park when the main battery is dead.

Auxiliary battery is going bad. Cold weather pronounces the fault more. I think its under the front passenger seat near the main battery.
The light will go away temporarily as you drive and the system recharges, and return when the truck sits for a while in the cold.
Best to change it.
