Perhaps it's a defect on our 2011 build, but the bottom area of our 2nd row seat (behind driver seat) is extremely sharp. Found out the hard way with one of the kids reaching in there (don't ask why he reached in there). I felt around the area and the metal is sharp and exposed. Word of caution for other parents with curious kids. Strange that MB did buff out the metal or cover it with something.
